Sustainability

In line with the sustainable production approach, we perform in our company based on technological and process improvements to minimize the impact on the environment. In 2019, as a result of the practices carried out in this direction, we saved chemical consumption with significant amounts of natural resources (Water and Coal).

EFFECTIVE CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT FOR A BETTER FUTURE

By reducing the chemicals used in the dyeing process by 32% and reusing the mixture that is used; We save 22.5 tons of water every month and prevent 7.5 tons of chemicals.

WE RENAME BLACK DYE PROCESS AS "BLACK IS THE NEW GREEN"

We recycle 11 tons of water by renewing chemical applications with the measures taken during the process, with the new investments we recycle 1,8m3 of water per hour. For this reason, we call the black painting process "Black is the New Green".

TÜSA ON A MISSION FOR THE WORLD

RECYCLE

As the protector of the environment, we believe that water use and waste should be limited as much as possible. The water and waste used in our factory are recycled and reused.

All efforts for a better future!

BETTER HUMAN RESOURCES

We care about the environment but also with we care about the people that we work with. Our workers’ health, security and development are always our first concern.

Sustainability begins yesterday, at Tüsa.

RAISING AWARENESS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

Mother nature has been offering food, shelter and love since the beginning of the universe. It’s now time for everyone to be its shield, protector and saviour.

There are still people who refuse to see that, day by day, we are losing the only home we have. Water sources, forests, whole ecological systems, all interconnected with the earth are being lost. We encourage everyone to take action, to become champions for mother nature.

INVESTING FOR A BETTER FUTURE, ACCESSIBILITY

Tüsa Denim works to spread awareness about sustainability. As it is said; “The future starts now.” Sustainability should be at the forefront of all we do, that’s why we host events, such as workshops and panels, working closely with kindergartens, elementary schools to produce educational content.

The future is not ours; it belongs to our children, to pass on to their children.
